From the first conversation to final approval — a clear, transparent and collaborative process.

Brief & Analysis

We discuss the desired concept, budget, seating capacity and venue specifics. We analyse the floor plan and technical requirements.

Concept & Moodboard

We propose design directions with colour palettes, materials and styles. We choose together the direction that best suits your brand.

3D Renders & Plans

We produce photorealistic 3D renderings and detailed technical plans. You make changes, adjustments and approve every element before production.

Validation & Production

You validate the final plans and sign off approval. The project coordinator manages the complete handover to the production team.

How long does the design process take? +

Depending on the complexity of the project, the design process takes between 2 and 6 weeks. Simpler projects can be ready in 2 weeks, while complete hotel or restaurant fit-outs may take 4–6 weeks.

Can I make changes along the way? +

Absolutely. Our process includes feedback rounds and adjustments. We typically include 2–3 revision rounds in the standard price, ensuring the final result is exactly what you want.

Do you work with external designers? +

Yes, we collaborate very well with external architects and designers. We can take an existing concept and bring it to life, or contribute with our own partner designers.

Is design included in the furniture price? +

It depends on the project value. For complete fit-out projects, the design service is usually included. For smaller projects or one-off consultations, there is a separate cost.
