How long does production and delivery of custom HORECA furniture take?+
For standard products available from stock, delivery takes 5–10 working days. For made-to-order furniture, the production lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on project complexity. We agree a clear schedule from the outset.
What materials are suitable for HORECA furniture in high-traffic venues?+
The most durable options include: solid wood (beech, oak) for frames and tops, electrostatic-coated steel for metal structures, HPL and compact tops for scratch and liquid resistance, upholstery with a Martindale rub rating over 50,000 cycles, and UV-resistant synthetic rattan for outdoor use.
Do you offer a warranty on HORECA furniture?+
Yes. Furniture manufactured by Trend Furniture carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects and reliability issues, under normal use conditions. We also provide maintenance services and spare parts for our entire range.
Can I see the models before ordering?+
Yes. We have two showrooms open to the public: Cluj-Napoca (Gilău, Strada Braniște no. 186) and Bucharest (Mogoșoaia, Strada București–Târgoviște no. 12A). Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00, Sat 09:00–14:00.
Do you deliver and install furniture throughout Romania?+
Yes. We have our own installation teams delivering and fitting furniture across Romania. For projects in Europe, we arrange transport and installation on request, with dedicated project coordinators.
Can I customise the furniture with my logo or brand colours?+
Yes. Furniture produced in our own factory can be fully customised: dimensions, finishes, upholstery, engravings, embroidery and colours matched to your brand palette. We also create one-of-a-kind design pieces on request.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?+
