The 5 steps of a successful HoReCa furnishing project
Every project follows the same well-defined path — a transparent, predictable and result-oriented process, from the first meeting to the final installation.
Step 1
Specialized consulting
First of all, we visit you. We discuss the particularities of the space, the desired style, the implementation deadline and the allocated budget. We analyze together the positioning of your brand and the target group of clients — so that every furnishing decision is strategically grounded and has a direct impact on your business results.
Step 2
Design & Visual Concept
Our designers propose a concept illustrated by photorealistic 3D images, drawings and floor plans. We discuss and adjust it until the final result is exactly what you envisioned. At this stage we also recommend the core products: tables, banquettes, chairs, armchairs — along with finishes and upholstery for full customization.
Step 3
Technical planning
After finalizing the visual concept, we move to the technical part: unfolded plans, dimensions, furniture execution details and all technical data required for production. Every element is documented with precision to eliminate surprises during production and installation.
Step 4
Custom furniture production
We start production in our own workshop in Cluj-Napoca. Specialists in carpentry, thermoforming, upholstery, CNC processing, finishing and assembly bring the entire project to life. We keep you informed about your order status and notify you immediately when production is complete. What you saw in the project will exist in reality.
Step 5
Professional delivery and installation
At the agreed deadline, we deliver to the indicated location. Installation is carried out by our specialized team — you only need to visualize the final result. We ensure that every piece arrives in optimal condition and is correctly installed, perfectly completing your location's project.
