Order and order methods
The information required to place an order is:
- the exact name of the desired product, the quantity
- the name of the beneficiary and the delivery address
- the data for invoicing
- the method of payment and desired delivery
The order can be made by fax, phone or e-mail, depending on accessibility and your preferences, but they will always be validated by phone by one of our operators.
After receiving the order, you will be contacted as soon as possible by one of our sales operators to validate the order and verify the declared data.
The ordered product will be shipped only after the received order has been validated.
The order for products that are not currently in stock can also be validated by paying an advance in the amount of 40% of the price including VAT of the product in question. If the beneficiary of the order changes his mind about the ordered product, the advance paid will be stopped in the company's account to cover the costs of the order.
Delivery and delivery methods
Delivery can be made by: transport companies, own transport vehicle or courier.
The ordered product is received by the beneficiary directly at the delivery address indicated in the order. The ordered product will always be accompanied by the tax invoice, the warranty certificate.
