Chili's Grill & Bar | Professional Restaurant Fit-Out Project

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the newest Chili’s Grill & Bar location, situated in a prime shopping mall destination. Our team was entrusted with the full interior fit-out, transforming a blank commercial space into the vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that defines this iconic global brand.

Working closely with the design concepts provided by our partners, we ensured that every square meter of the restaurant reflects the authentic Tex-Mex heritage. From the signature "Margarita" neon signage to the intricate wall patterns, our mission was to deliver a turnkey solution that meets international hospitality standards.

We crafted a high-traffic bar zone featuring custom tile work, integrated LED shelving for the "Presidente" display, and industrial-chic finishes.

The floor plan was optimized for both intimacy and high-capacity dining, featuring custom-built booths, premium wooden tables, and branded seating.
