Dana Cake Shop
Part of the Dana confectionery chain, the location in Campia Turzii recently reopened its doors, in a new and colorful form.
Starting from the design made by Sebastian Rata, our designers and production specialists turned the renderings into reality. The location is completely furnished by Trend Furniture and includes the following elements
- Bar - metal skeleton, internal bodies made of wood, Lavender-colored Corian and built-in showcases;
- Wall panels - slats upholstered with ecological leather in various colors, to which MDF panels are added cut out in a round shape (the so-called martipan);
- Chesterfield sofa - pearl ecological leather upholstery;
- Chesterfield stools - pearl ecological leather upholstery;
- Tables - Liberty base and painted MDF top
- Chairs - Smilla, belonging to the Italian brand SCAB Design
“The martipan project, as we all called it throughout the production, was an interesting challenge and made us see things from other perspectives. The most satisfying thing was, however, to see how it takes shape and then color. After we installed the furniture and cladding, we were happy to find that the location really conveys emotion", says Adrian Stan, the project manager of Trend Furniture, who took care of the production of the furniture in the location.
<p >From the perspective of functionality, Confectionery Dana successfully welcomes all categories of guests. The location is divided into three areas: the bar (or display and to-go area), the serving area and the terrace. The main point is the bar, which includes built-in cold showcases for displaying cakes and ice creams and the purple-lavender Corian counter. The serving area brings together two distinct parts: the attractions for children are the sofa area and the colorful stools, and for adults, the dining area and chairs. The third area is the terrace, perfect for the summer season and for smokers.| Location type | Cake shop/ Pastry |
